It's A Process

Have you ever planted seeds in the garden and the next day expected them to have sprouted, the next day thought the leaves should be flourishing, and the day after hoped you’d be able to enjoy a fully grown plant?

We all know that doesn't make sense, and of course not at all what we’d expect to happen. Funny how we expect our own lives to be changed overnight, how we expect we’re going to work through things instantly and how we think change happens ‘just like that’.

In the physical, growth takes time. Change takes time. It’s a process. It’s no different as we bring about change in our lives. It takes time. It’s a process and I will work with you through this process.

Counselling

I am available to meet with you to discuss and talk through anything that is concerning you, or that you would like to see different in your life. An initial counselling session will enable you to discuss with me what you want to achieve during the counselling process. It will also help me to gain a bigger picture of who you are, so together we can work out how you will bring the changes you seek to make.

Whatever our age, whether we’re single or married we’re all in relationships, be they work, friends, neighbours, siblings, parental or partner relationships.

And sometimes our relationships are not as we’d hoped they would be.

I offer a one day interactive workshop specifically designed for people who would like to see their relationships change, and are willing to work for that change.
